About
Kristi
My passion has always been driven by a passion for others. My journey has been anything but conventional, rooted in a diverse educational background that allowed me to expand my adaptability and my commitment to servicing others.
With a bachelor's degree in elementary education, I initially pursued a career in teaching. However, recognizing that something was missing, I embarked on a new path in nursing, inspired by my lifelong best friend. MY passion for caring for others led me to the NICU at Winter Haven Hospital, where I worked for 14 years, nurturing mothers and their newborns.
Life took a turn when my mother, a respected accountant, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016. During this challenging time, I stepped in to assist my mother with her accounting business, quickly becoming familiar with the clients who my mom always treated like family. After my mother's passing in 2021,I found myself at a crossroads. Balancing the demands of raising my children and my desire to honor my mother's legacy, I decided to continue the family business.
What began as a means to honor my mom and support my family has now flourished into a thriving venture.
I love the opportunity to build strong relationships with my clients, I considers them more like family than just business associates. I try to create a unique blend of empathy, organizational skills, and financial expertise to provide personalized support tailored to the needs of each small business owner.
Today, I help entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of payroll taxes and business management, all while ensuring they have the flexibility they need to focus on what matters most to them. I believe in the power of community and collaboration, and helping my clients' success.
